过一天的努力终于在今天中午实现了远程登录ubuntu，现在把步骤写一些
我用的是ubuntu8.10,
先配置了/etc/gdm/gdm.conf-custom,找到下边的信息
[security]
DisallowTCP=false
[xdmcp]
Enable=1
Port=177

在windows下安装xmanager 和Putty.用putty登录。
我把Ubuntu上ssh也开了，方式为：
sudo apt-get install openssh-server
sudo /etc/init.d/ssh restart
ssh localhost
然后用putty就可以了
